Since the dawn of time, many things have changed but one thing has stayed constant \u2026 information empowers<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the past knowing where to find fresh water and food was the difference between life and death.<\/p>\n

Today we live in the information age but much of our local information is being lost to time.<\/p>\n

We believe local knowledge and information have great potential to enable individuals, families and communities<\/strong> to support and inform better decisions and choices for the future<\/strong>. But there is an urgent need to gather and make local information and stories accessible before its lost, we also believe this is a global issue many communities and organisations around the world are also experiencing.<\/p>\n
